We only import the finest quality palo santo directly from Ecuador. Please note that palo santo is a natural product and will have an irregular shape and appearance. However, if you aren't completely satisfied with our product please contact us at information@ekoa.co.uk within 30 days of purchase to arrange a full refund.
All of our Palo Santo bundles are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Once in the hands of Royal Mail, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, including Saturdays. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. If your package hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please reach out to us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
